La playa y los bares.

El personal masculino acosa a las mujeres en todo momento. La comida del buffet no estaba para nada buena. Personal malhumorado y pesado con los clientes, cero habilidad de servicio. Los cuartos no están mal. Pero para lo que se paga, creo que pudieron ser mejor. Los "snacks" están terribles. El espectáculo del hotel era MALÍSIMO, vale más la pena invertir en un taxi y salir del hotel.

Justo y necesario, bueno.

Leí muchos comentarios antes de ir con los cuales discrepo. Precio/calidad bien, las habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. Instalaciones y alrededores bien. Buena piscina y playa. Buffet:bien, tienen pollo, carne, pescado, cerdo, arroz, ensaladas, etc. Suficiente. Bares: bien *en el mismo hotel venden tarjetas de Internet y cambian dinero.

Bares: bien, salvo el bar de mojitos que no tenía mojitos, había leído este comentario antes pero pensé que no sería siempre así, al parecer NUNCA tienen hierba buena para el mojito.. Lleve la suya jaja. (deberían cambiarle el nombre si es que nunca tendrán) Y un poco de falta de limpieza en los baños de áreas comunes.

Lo mejor del Hotel es la playa, antes de ir leí varios comentarios negativos sobre la comida y el internet pero realmente es algo a nivel general del país, ellos solo cuentan con wifi con tarjetas por horas y en ciertos puntos y la comida más bien ofrecen mucho para lo que tienen, el personal es muy amable y siempre encontré todo limpio

We enjoyed all other stuff in the hotel.

We enjoyed all other stuff in the hotel. We got a room near the swimming pool and it was a bit too loud so we asked to change it and it was not a problem at all. The food was very good, meat, fish, vegetables, ice cream. The beach was excellent - we walked along the beach, and our part of the beach seemed to be the best - not overcrowded, very clean and quite.

The only negative side for us was the taxi service on reception. A man was very greedy and he wanted more than 100 CUC to go to Havana airport in the early morning. Finally we reached an agreement for 100 CUC, but he played a small dirty trick on us: the car turned to be very old and uncomrotable. So if you want a good taxi for reasonable price - go to the right from the hotel and you'll find a nice taxi near the neighboring hotel.

Aware that Cuba is a time capsule and is NOT a capitalist...

Aware that Cuba is a time capsule and is NOT a capitalist funded country with modern buildings and lots of money spent on it, this hotel exceeded expectations. The room was cleaned daily, was basic, neat but very big. The food particularly at breakfast and dinner was varied and we never went hungry. The drink were good and obviously included. The beach - wow! There were always bed available all day which is almost unheard of when you go on holiday. The pool was good but we understood why there were beds when you saw the beach. Breathtaking, clear blue sea, soft white sand it was simply stunning. Lots of beds and towels to given to you in the morning. Long wide beach, great music and free drinks from the hut. Cannot express how beautiful the sea was. There was advertisement of beach games and activities but didn't see this at all - just the volleyball but that was fun to watch and get involved in. The evening entertainment was not great although the dancers were very skilled! The first night we arrived there was a live band and music which was brill but didn't see this again. The other restaurants were available t book but we only went to the Cuban which was nice. Overall a great trip if you need a break on a beautiful beach building a tan and drinking cocktails/beer/etc.

„Enttäuschend

Strand und Meer sind wunderschön.

Musste 15€ für ein Badetuch bezahlen das mir von einem anderen Gast gestohlen wurde. Da man am Anfang eine Karte für ein Badetuch bekommt und bezahlen muss wenn man die nicht mehr hat, passiert das offenbar öfters das Leute die Tücher anderer klauen. Hotelpersonal interessiert das nicht! Entweder bezahlen oder man darf nicht gehen. Essen ist ganz schlecht. Drinks gibt es auch nicht immer alle. Wir hatten an einem Tag Mojitos. Die nächsten 4 Tage gab es die nicht mehr, wieso auch immer. Die Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer stinken nach Schimmel. Spinnenpuppen in der Dusche innen am Fenster usw. Auf den Sonnenliegen am Strand gibt es keine Matten. Liegt auf dem harten Plastik. Ich dachte erholung pur aber es ist zu 100% kein Karibikfeeling.

La plage est magnifique. La piscine est propre et à bonne température :) La clim est très efficace et pas trop bruyante. L'architecture sous forme de bungalow est agréable.

La nourriture quelque soit le repas est immangeable, sincèrement. Il n'y a jamais de menthe pour les mojitos (au pays du mojito : un comble!). La propreté laisse à désirer notamment celle de la literie (matelas et oreillers). L'ensemble de l'hôtel gagnerait à être rafraichit. Vente de carte internet à l’hôtel pour se connecter au wifi. Tarif du taxi hôtel / aéroport : 40€ non négociable.

Buena opción Todo Incluido, con aspectos de mejora

Buena relación calidad precio, es un Resort Todo Incluido de calidad media (acorde al precio que se paga en comparación con otras opciones). Buena piscina (aunque está algo por actualizar). Playa normal (acorde a la de todos los hoteles de la zona). Había shows por la noche (magia, bailes, etc.). Buen buffet (con los problemás clásicos de Cuba, y pudiendo reponer eso sí algo más en ocasiones, si bien acorde al precio del hotel). No vimos que faltara alcohol también, que ocurre en otros hoteles de calidad inferior. Nos dejaran acceder al hotel antes de la hora de check-in, lo cual fue un detalle. Varios sitios donde poder pedir bebidas, que hacía que no tuvieras mucho tiempo de espera en ninguno. Las habitaciones bien (pisos propios por lo que tienes algo más de independencia que en hoteles donde están todos juntos). Por el precio pagada acabamos satisfechos, aunque tienen algunos aspectos pendientes de mejora. En general buena atención.

Buena relación calidad precio, es un Resort Todo Incluido de calidad media (acorde al precio que se paga en comparación con otras opciones). Esto supone pequeños aspectos a mejorar, que sin duda podrían hacer que la valoración del hotel subiera mucho: - Por las mañanas, en ocasiones, no había hamacas en la playa para todos (aunque sea culpa de que la gente deje las toallas y se vaya, creemos que el hotel debería poner más hamacas ya que no es algo con un coste especialmente alto y es un servicio esencial del hotel). - Se puede reservar en algunos restaurantes temáticos, pero para ello tienes que hacer una pequeña espera de 30 minutos, ya que hay pocas plazas disponibles (sino cenarás en el buffet general). - Costaba encontrar mesa para sentarse a ver el espectáculo nocturno (se llenaban las mesas disponibles y no sacaban más). - El restaurante temático mexicano no presenta un gran nivel (el italiano sí mejora el buffet general). - Tuvieron problemas al reponer las toallas porque nos dijeron que tenían estropeada la lavandería. - El buffet es medio, con bastantes opciones, no había problema para sentarse en el momento que quisieras, y reponían algo de comida (si bien habia escasez de algunas frutas, como piña, mango o sandía). Los postres por lo general bastante pobres, la comida algo mejor (opción de cocinarte en el momento pollo, red o pescado), y bastantes opciones (en general, los problemas de abastecimiento y de comida importada típicos de todo Cuba). El café también algo mejorable.

Instalaciones deterioradas (paredes descascaradas y sin pintar) instalaciones sanitarias desgastadas y muy poco detalle en la iluminación de las habitaciones. Poca variedad de comida y usan ron de baja calidad para los tragos.

Un paraiso

La habitación excelente muy amplia, limpia y cómoda, ademas de los pasillos de afuera muy bellos con sus plantas y flores. Muy buena la atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel. Es muy hermoso lugar y la playa tambien, es para volver por más días. Los restauranes tambien tienen muy buena atención.

El unico problema es que al retirarnos del hotel aparecio una cuenta de telefono que no usamos, creo que alguien que entro a la habitación uso el telefono que tiene salida directa y luego por supuesto aparecio en nuestra cuenta. Creo que se podría colocar algun sistema que se habilite desde la administración si la persona de la habitación se identifica, de los contrario esto va seguir pasando.

No lo recomiendo, ir ahi es botar tu dinero

La playa es lo unico bueno del hotel. Solo la playa, no esperes tener una sombrilla o silla disponible a las 9 de la mañana.

Staff muy poco profesional. En el booking nadie te explica las facilidades del hotel, tienes que adivinar donde estan los restaurantes y como funcionan. Mal servicio en el ranchon mexicano. El restaurant buffet tiene cucarachas.
